2 cups all purpose flour1 tablespoon baking powder2 tablespoons sugar1/2 teaspoon salt3 tablespoons butter1 large egg, beaten3/4 cups milk1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips3/4 cup diced strawberries1 teasoopn vanillapowdered sugar
Mix dry ingredients, cut in butter, stir in egg, vanilla, and chocolate chips... gradually add milk until thick dough forms... may take more or less of the 3/4 cup of milk... finally add strawberries and lightly mix in ...
Turn out on floured board, kneed, roll flat 3/4 inch, cut into 2 inch rounds, place rounds on lightly greased baking sheet... Bake at 450 10 to 15 minutes... take out of oven when golden brown... Cool a few minutes, dust with powdered sugar and serve...
