Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup wheat flour1/2 cup dry oatmeal (quick or old fashioned)2 tsp baking powderpinch salt1 TBS cinnamon1 1/4 cups milk1 lightly beaten egg2 TBS applesauce
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in medium bowl. Dump wet ingredients all at once in to dry ingredients. Mix just until uniform. Dump 1/4 cup batter onto hot skillet for one pancake. Turn when bubbles form and edges brown. Serve hot with favorite topping.
