Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 tablespoon sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 cup egg substitute1 cup chocolate soy milk2 tablespoons oil
Directions
In one bowl stir flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl combine egg, milk, and oil. Mix together and add to flour mixture.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated, lightly greased griddle or skillet.
