Ingredients
2 lb lean ground beef2.5 c peas & carrots (frozen)1 medium onion (chopped)2 pkgs Clubhouse Shepherd's Pie mix6 med potatoes (boiled & mashed).5 c milk 1%.25 c light butter2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
Directions
Boil potatoes. Brown the meat, add peas & carrots, onions, Worchestershire sauce and seasoning mix. Cook .5 hr medium heat. Mash potatoes with milk and butter. Place meat in 4 qt casserole dish. Add mashed potatoes on top. Bake in 400 F oven for 20 minutes.
