Yummy French Toast

Ingredients
Large Egg, 2 serving *Silk Soy Milk, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp White Bread, 8 slice
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients besides the bread together in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Dip bread in mixture and cook over medium heat in a skillet until it's a nice brownish gold color.
3. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
