Shne Nokle egg dessert

Ingredients
Milk, 1%, 1 cupHoney, 0.5 tbspEgg, fresh, 1 medium
Directions
Separate the egg white from the yolk.
Slowly heat the milk in a small saucepan; lower the heat to the lowest setting.
Beat the egg white until stiff.
Briefly beat the yolk and the honey.
Pour the yolk and honey mix into the milk and stir.
Spoon the egg white into the warm milk mix and cook for 10-15 seconds, flip, cook additional 10 seconds and transfer into a bowl.
When all the egg white is cooked, pour the yolk and milk mix over it and leave it at room temperature to cool off. Refrigerate for an hour or so and enjoy cold.
