1.5-2 cups left over gravy.1 cup portabello mushrooms (may use your favorite)8 ounces chope turkey breast into bite size pieces about (may add more if desired)One cup silk milk (may use cream or regular milk)8 ounces penne noodles (may use favorite pasta)1 - 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese 2%
One service = 1 cup. Makes approximately 6 one cup servings.
Preheat over to 350-375 degrees.
Cook favorite pasta noodles (penne) as instructed on package. Drain and set aside
Place left over gravy into non-stick skillet.
Add mushrooms, chopped turkey breast, milk, pasta and bring to a boil. Add mozzarella cheese, stir and then place all ingredients into a glass baking dish.
Cover remainder of ingredients with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered @ 350-375 for 15 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is golden brown.
Serve hot.
