Protein Smoothies

Ingredients
Whey protein powderFrozen Banana or other fruitlow-fat yogurt
Directions
One 4 ounce container of your favorite low-fat yogurt, one scoop of whey protein powder, and 1/2 cup of frozen fruit. I prefer 4 chunks of frozen banana. I also add cinnamon since I've heard it' has health benefits. Blend all in a smoothie blender and drink up! You may add a little water, if it's too thick. No milk is needed since you're using yogurt, and the yogurt sweetens it up so no sugars are needed.
