12oz Bag of Gluten Free Classic Croutons1/2cup chopped onion1cup chopped celery1/2cup chopped carrots6 TBSP butter2 cups Gluten Free Chicken BrothSalt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion, celery and carrots. Salt and Pepper to Taste.
Saute until veggies are tender.
Add broth, bring to boil and pour over croutons in large bowl. Toss and mix well.
Spoon into a greased casserole. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. For crispy stuffing, remove foil for last 10 minutes.
