Beef and mushroom florentine

Ingredients
1lb beef sirlion or top round1 medium onion1 portobello mushroom2 cups fresh spinach1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup water2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Heat skillet with 1 tablespoon oil over medium high heat,
add sliced beef and brown (freeze meat for 30 minutes for easier slicing), remove beef and drain fat. Add remaining olive oil and heat over medium, add onion and mushroom and cook until tender crisp, add spinach and wilt. Add can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup water. Stir and heat to boiling, add beef back to pan and heat until bubbling. Follow minute rice cooking directions. Put cooked rice on plate and top with mixture.
