I absolutely loved this recipe and so did my husband. I used 1/2 cup half and half instead of 1/4 cup heavy cream and it came out great. When I heat it up again for leftovers, I will add a little bit more half and half to make it creamy. - 2/9/08

Love this but just know I changed it because I didn't have everything on hand. It was delicious with brocoli and carrots. - 2/27/11

I like this recipe. I used milk rather than cream and cut back on the vinegar and substituting it with apple vinegar. - 2/11/08

We all liked this alot, but decided to cut down the vinegar just a bit. Other than that, it was delicious. - 8/23/07
