Deb's Apple Cobbler

Ingredients
in large bowl for crust add:2 2/4 cup of all purpose flour1/2 tsp. salt1/4 cup milk1/2 cup canola oil1/2 tbsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. splendawater (about a 1/2 cup cold, add gradually) stir and then mix with hands into large ball, divide evenly making 2 balls.In another bowl, peel, core and slice apples, making about 4 cupsto apples add 1/2 splenda, 2 tsp. of cinnamon, 12 oz. can of applesauce *unsweetened about 1.5 cups, 1 tsp. of nutmeg, sifted flour about 1 cup, mix well place on rolled out crust in bottom of 13x9 glass baking dish, then pour in apple filling, then roll out other crust and with pizza cutter cut into strips and do lattice design on top of apple fillingPreheat oven 350 degrees, and then bake for 40-55 minutes let cool throughly, serve with lite cool whip enjoy~~~
