Rice flour, brown, 1 cup Oats, .5 cupCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp.Baking Soda, 1 tspNutmeg, ground, .1 tsp.Allspice, 1/4 tsp.Cloves, ground, 1/4 tsp.Salt, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1/4 tsp.*Pumpkin puree, 1 1/4 c.Butter, salted, 1/2 c. Chocolate Chips, 1/2 c.Egg, fresh, 2 medium Walnuts, chopped 1/4 c.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. In seperate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Stir together. Put into mini muffins tins and bake about 10 minutes.
