Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
One two pound pork tenderloin1/4 cup of pesto sauce (I make my own with less oil)10 quartered tomatoes -- I use yellow or green zebra from my garden, but any tomatoes will do.1 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped green peppers6 cloves of crushed garlic12 cups of water1 bag of 16 oz bag of baby lima beans soaked over nightsaltpepperspices like thyme, basil, sage, rosemary, kosher salt, chopped up from fresh -- should yield no more than about 1/4 cup finely chopped.chicken boullion -- 1 or 2 squares maximum
Directions
Take pesto sauce, bouillon and 12 cups of hot water and place in crockpot. Add pork roast, and all other ingredients and let cook for 8 hours. I do mine early in the morning and let it cook all day. Serve in a bowl with lots of side veggies.
