Ingredients
Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 8ozFlour, whole grain, .2 TbspFat free half and half, 1.5 cup (remove)Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 canPimentos, 2ozTurkey (light meat), 1.5 cup, chopped or diced (remove)Turkey (dark meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)*Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, .5 tsp (remove)*Cooking Sherry, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Melt butter and olive oil in large fry pan. Add onions, garlic and green pepper, saute 4min. Add mushrooms and cook till mushrooms are limp. Remove vegetables with slotted spoon.
Stir in the flour till smooth. Add the half and half & soup still till smooth and thickened. Add turkey, pimentos, the cooked vegetables, red pepper flakes and sherry. Cook till hot stirring often. Serve over toast or noodles. Makes 8 servings
