Rotel Chicken and Artichoke

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed Rotel Tomatoes and green chilies (Chunky), 1.25 cup reese Artichoke hearts, 1.33 cup *Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce, 6 serving *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 5 strips Onions, raw, 1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Add into skillet and cook on medium high covered for about 20 minutes. You may lower the fat in this recipe by adding fresh artichoke hearts. I did not know the Reese artichoke had so much fat prior to cooking this.
