Cornbread Dressing

Directions
1 Batch of cornbread6 to 10 stalks Celery diced1 large onion diced16 ounces chicken broth
Bake the cornbread according to directions on the package. Let cool. Dice the celery and onions. Crumble the cornbread into a large bowl and add celery and onions. Add enough chicken broth to make the mixture moist. Pack the dressing into a 9x13 casserole dish. Add more chicken broth until the broth is standing on the dressing. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
You can also dice up some cooked chicken and add to the mixture. Very good this way as well.
