Quick Fruit Compote

Directions
Cut fruit into 1 inch chunks. Chop nuts and add over fruit. Mix Splenda, sugar, corn starch and cinnamon in small bowl. Sprinkle mixture over fruit, then toss with hands until fruit is well coated. Allow to sit approximately 1 hour so that fruit juices can macerate with sugar. Microwave on HIGH for 6-8 minutes or until fruit has reached desired softness and a creamy sauce has developed. Serve warm.
Makes 8- 1/2 cup servings.
