Pesto Chicken with Cannelloni Beans

1 Chicken Breast2 Tbsp Pesto2 Tbsp Olive OilOnion Powder or Diced Onions (to taste)Garlic Salt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)1 can of Cannelloni beans
Makes 2 1-cup servings OR 3 2/3-cup servings. (Nutrition info is for 1-cup serving)
Cut up chicken breast into bite sized cubes. Mix 2 Tbsp Pest with 1 Tbsp Olive Oil and set asided. Heat up 1 Tbsp Olive Oil in a frying pan. Sautee diced onions in Olive Oil. When sizzling, add Pesto/Olive Oil mixture to frying pan and stir until onions are coated. Add chicken and cook about 10 min. Add 1 can of Cannelloni beans. Cook until chicken is tender (5-7min). Coat chicken and beans thoroughly with Pesto sauce. Season to taste with Garlic Salt and Pepper. Makes 2-3 servings.
