Bread machine Spelt Whole Grain Bread

Ingredients
•3¾ cup spelt flour•2 Tbsp. honey• 1 tsp. sea salt• 2 Tbsp. butter or oil• 1¼ water, room temperature• 1 Tbsp. yeast, active dry• 2 Tbsp. milk powder (non-fat dry)
Directions
Place ingredients in pan of bread machine according to manufacturer’s instructions. Select basic/white (light crust) cycle and bake. After baking is complete remove from bread machine. Invert bread pan and cool loaf on wire rack before slicing. Yields: 1½ lb. loaf, 13 slices.
