Cheesy Potatos

5 Large Potatos1 16oz container sour cream1 stick butter1 cup shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste
Boil potatos, whole, skin-on untila fork just pushes through. Remove potatos and cool. Peal. When cool, use a cheese grater to shred potatos. Melt Butter. MIx all ingredients together in large bowl. Spread in casserole pan. Bake at 350, 45 minutes, until edges are brown and dish is "bubbley"
