Chili - Low Fat, High Veggie!!

Ingredients
2 lbs. 93/7 lean ground beef2 tbsp. olive oil1 package chili seasoning mix1 medium onion7 cloves garlic5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce3 Bell Peppers, red, yellow, green1 tsp. ground oregano3 tbsp. ground cumin3 tbsp. chili powder2 Zucchini diced2 Yellow Squash diced4 tbsp. fresh basil3 cans stewed tomatoes with onions, celery, & oregano3 cans diced tomatoes1 small package mushrooms sliced2 cans black beans drained2 cans kernel corn drained1 can Canellini White Kidneys 19 oz. drained2 cans kidney beans drained1.5 cups water1 tsp. ground cayenne peppersalt to taste
Directions
Brown beef with onions, garlic, worcestershire
and oil for around 10 minutes.
Add seasonings.
Add peppers and saute 5 minutes.
Add cans of tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.
Saute in seperate pan zucchini, squash, and
musrooms until soft and add to pot.
Add beans and corn and water.
Salt to taste.
Let cook for another 20 minutes on med heat to
marry ingredients.
Enjoy!
