Chicken and Brown Rice Casserole

Ingredients
Skinless, Boneless Chicken BreastOnionCeleryCream of Mushroom SoupInstant Brown RiceSkim Milk
Directions
Cut Chicken into bite size pieces, cook unitl no longer pink. Sautee Onion and Celery until tender. Cook Rice per directions on box. In a baking dish mix soup and milk until well blended. Add Celery and Onions, coat with soup mixture. And Chicken and mix well. Then add the rice and mix until it is covered with the Soup mixture. Place in 400 degree oven for 25-30 min.
