Coconut Bread Pudding

Ingredients
4 eggs2/3 cup sugar4 cup milk (2%)1 T. vanilla1/2 tsp salt2 T. cinnamon1 cup coconut7 slices white bread
Directions
Tear bread and soak in milk. Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and coconute to the beaten eggs. Add milk and bread. Pour into a 8 x 8 greased baking dish. Dot with 1 T. margarine. Bake for 15 minutes at 425, then turn heat down to 350 and bake for an additional 50-60 minutes.
