Ingredients
* Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 2 cup dry * Flaxseed, .25 cup * Almonds, .25 cup, whole * Coconut, toasted, 2 oz * Grapenuts cereal, 0.25 cup * Reduced Calorie Pancake Syrup, .33 cup * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Dates, .5 cup, pitted, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Mix all ingredients except dried fruit. Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
Stir in dried fruit.
