Basic Hot Cereal blend

Ingredients
2/3 c. water1/3 c. 1% cottage cheese1 T. chia seeds10 g oat bran17 g Bob's Red Mill 5 grain cereal plus flax seedpinch saltsweetener and spices of choice to taste1 T. Fage Total 2% Greek yogurt1 T. half and half
Directions
Add water and cottage cheese to pan over high heat. Stir while adding chia seeds to prevent clumping. Add the other grains, salt, and any desired spices. Reduce heat to low once the cottage cheese melts. Continue to stir occasionally over very low heat. After adding in any additional fruits, etc. and sweetener of choice, stir in Greek yogurt. Drizzle the half and half on top.
