Pizza Dough

Ingredients
One Pack of Active Dry Yeast1 tbsp Sugar1 cup Warm Water (Temperature about 110F)3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp Salt2.5 cups All Purpose Flour
Directions
Test the yeast by combining the water, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Wait 15 minutes to see if it bubbles, indicating that it is active. Add olive oil and salt to yeast mixture. Gradually add the flour and mix, then knead the dough lightly. Let it rest for about 45 minutes until it doubles in size. Then make a pizza, add toppings and bake it at 400F, until the pizza is golden brown and cooked thoroughly. Enjoy!

- To make it all vegan use vegan mozzarella cheese and veggies as toppings.
