Get-Together Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkeyDash Worcestershire sauce3 tbsp. Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce1 tsp. ground thyme1 tbsp. onion flakes or onion seasoning mixSalt and pepperCheeseBurger toppings
Directions
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl, mix with hands. Form patties with hands.


Grill burgers over low-medium heat, turning after 5-8 minutes. Burgers can also be cooked on flat skillet, over a medium-heat burner.


Melt cheese on burgers if desired (nutritional info does not include cheese).


How I like mine dressed: mixed spring greens, shredded carrot, low-fat mayo.

    I had never tried ground turkey meat before, but we made these last Friday night and they were sooo good! I substituted the BBQ sauce with what I had on hand. Will definitely make these again :) - 6/20/08
