Vegan Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups Water 1½ cups Quick oats1 cup Apple preserves (animal-free, of course)8 TBL Organic silken tofu4 TBL Agave nectar½ tsp vanilla
Directions
1. Bring water to a boil then stir in oats.
2. Simmer for roughly 5 minutes or until cooked.
3. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients then serve with a slice of rye toast.
