Chicken Vegetable soup

Ingredients
Vegetable BrothZuchinniDice tomato (either green chile or basil flavor)CarrotsTurnipGarlicRed potatoOnionCeleryGreen PeppersCornGreen beansChicken breast
Directions
Chop all the veggies and the chicken

Put onion and garlic in hot pot and saute in broth until onions are translucent

Add chicken and brown

Add canned tomato with juice

Add vegetables and broth

Season to taste (it depends on which canned diced tomatoes used as to what is appropriate)

Bring to a boil and then allow to simmer for 30 minutes

    Very tasty. Added some spicy seasonings and did not have any turnips. Will make again. - 8/22/11
