Ricotta and Lemon-Basil Pasta

Ingredients
8 oz uncooked pasta such as shell or campenelle1 cup part skim ricotta cheese1 t grated lemon peel1 T fresh lemon Juice1/4 cup chopped fresh basil3/4 t salt1/2 t pepperLemon Wedge
Directions
1. cook the pasta according to directions. Drain, reserveing 1/4 cup cooking liquid.

2. Combine ricotta, next 5 ingredients and reserved cooking liquid in large bowl. Add the pasta and toss to combine. Garnish with lemon.

Serving size 1 cup.
