Tofu Soup

Ingredients
1 TBSP Peanut Oil1 TSP Seasame Oil2 Cups Chopped Leeks1 Bunch of Celery5 Carrots1/2 pkg. of fresh spinach1 head of cabbage3 small zuchinni3 Containers of Vegetable Broth2 pkg Tofu1/4 C. soy sauce1/4 Rooster sauce
Directions
The longer you cook the better. All all ingredients except Tofu. Cook for hours. Add the tofu and cook another hour.
