    350 grams firm tofu
    250 grams spinach

    Chili Lime Sauce

    1 1/2 tbsp raw sugar
    3 tbsp light soy sauce
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1/2 tsp chili flakes
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 tbsp cilantro, chopped


Prepare the sweet chili lime sauce by whisking all of the ingredients together until the sugar and salt is dissolved. Drain tofu and cut it into small triangles. Brown tofu in a hot pan, add spinach and cook until wilted. Add the sauce and stir to coat. Let simmer until sauce is desired consistency.

  • Thankyou so much for this recipie. Tried it today adding ground cumin. Ate it hot with steaming brown rice. So good for my sore throat, absolutely delicious and so easy to cook! GOD bless! - 6/22/17
