Really delicious. since I am following a low-carb plan I used D-Ribose instead of sugar, and browned the tofu in extra-virgin coconut oil for more flavor. I'll be making this again!
DH loved it! And he doesn't care for Tofu. Will make it again. Love the contrast with lime juice/salt(soy)/sweet/spicy. Cilantro is always yummy!
Too salty and sour. Good idea but I think the measurements might be off.
