L.R. Coffee ice cream

Ingredients
4 qt. + 1-1/2 cups2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding4 eggs (243g)300g (1-1/2 cups) sugar 1/2 tsp. salt2 T. instant coffee2 T. sugar free hazelnut flavoring6 oz. heavy cream
Directions
In a bowl, beat together the pudding mixes and 1 quart of the milk. Place eggs in a blender. Blend on high. With blender running, slowly add sugar. Blend for a minute or two, then add salt, hazelnut, cream and the coffe dissolved in a little of the remaining milk. Pour into a 1-1/2 gallon ice cream freezer. Place half the pudding at a time in the blender and blend with some of the remaining milk. Pour into freezer along with remaining milk. Freeze according to manufacturers directions. Makes about 48-100g servings.
