Chimichito

2 cups cooked (rotisserie) chicken, shredded1 4 oz can green chilies3/4 cup salsa1/2 cup enchilada sauce4 8" flour tortillaslow fat cheddar cheese, about 1/4 cup eachLight sour cream, about 1 tbl eachcilantro
Heat oven to 350 deg. In a non-stcik pan, combine chicken, salsa, green chiles, mix until just heated through. Heat tortillas in microwave about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
Spoon 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture on each torilla and rolle up. Place on greased baking sheet and very lightly rub with vegetable oil.
Bake until just starting to get golden brown, 15-20 minutes. While they cook, warm the enchilada sauce.
Spoon warm sauce on a plate, place baked chimichito on top, add a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
