Broccoli, Potato and Cheese Soup

Ingredients
2 cups potato1 cup chopped onion10 oz frozen broccoli1 tbsp flour2 cups low fat cubed Velveeta5.5 cups almond milkSpices, to taste
Directions
1. Cook potatoes and onion in boiling water in saucepan until potatoes are crisp-tender. Drain and place in slow cooker.

2. Add remaining items and stir together.

3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
