Easy Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 ib lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion15 oz red kidney bean, canned1 cup sliced carrots1/4 cup long-grain rice, uncooked1 qt. stewed tomato3.5 cups water5 beef bouillon cubes1 tbsp parsley flakespepper, basil, bay leaf to taste
Directions
1. Brown ground beef, drain any drippings.
2. Place meat in slow cooker with other items.
3. Cover, cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
