*Flour, white, 1/4 cup# *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 cup# Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp# Water, tap, 4 cup # Vanilla Extract, 1 tspPromise Fat Free Butter, 2 tbsp# Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9# *Western Family Fat Free Cool Whip, 16 tbsp

Mix first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan.
Add 4 cups water to saucepan, bring to boil. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool and pour into baked pie shell.
Top with whipped cream.
NOTE> If real butter is used add more calories and fat content
