Pico De Gallo

Ingredients
4 whole tomatoes, chopped ( I use Roma) 1 medium sized sweet onion, chopped1/2 Jalapeno chili, finely chopped (whole pepper can be used for spicier salsa)1/4 cup Cilantro, finely chopped 1/3 cup Lime Juice (about 1-1 1/2 whole limes2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
Directions
Chop all ingredients and stir together well. Serve with your choice of tortilla chips, or as a topping. Makes about 5 1/2 cup servings.
