World's Simplest Pumpkin Pie

2 premade 9-inch graham cracker pie crusts (I prefer Wholly Wholesome or Arrowhead Mills brands)15-oz can of unsalted pumpkin puree (not pie filling)14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk (I use Trader Joe's organic)4 eggs1-2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together the pumpkin and milk, adding just a pinch of salt. Whisk in eggs and your pumpkin pie spice to suit your tastes (some people like more spice, others prefer less).
Divide filling and pour into two pie crusts.
Bake 50-60 minutes, until knife inserted in side (not center) comes out clean. Cool and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
