Ingredients
1C Thinly sliced celery⅔ C Finely Diced Onion4 T Butter16 oz (2-8oz pkgs) of Fat Free Cream Cheese2 C Milk3 C Cubed Potatoes1 pound of frozen, cooked shrimp, thawed & drained4 T dry white wine1 t Salt
Directions
In a large stock pot saute celery and onions in butter.
Add cream cheese and milk; and stir over low heat until cream cheese is completely melted.
Add potatoes, shrimp, dry white wine and salt. Heat thorough, stirring occasionally and then serve.
