* Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove) * *Canola Oil, 0.20 cup (remove) * Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 2 cup (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp (remove) * Garlic, 9 cloves (remove) * Ginger Root, 10 slices (1" dia) (remove) * *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 3 pepper (remove) * *Canola Oil, 12 1tsp (remove) * Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove) * *Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)
Mix wheat flour .20 oil and salt and make dough with water.
mash the potatoes add salt sugar, lemon juice, crushed chili pepper, garlic and ginger add some garam masala and mix it well.
Make 12 parts of dough and 12 parts of potatos.
roll roti and stuff potato. and roll.
on pan put paratha and fry it with 1 tsp oil.
