Ingredients

    * wheat flour, 120 gram(s)
    * Wheat bran, crude, 50 grams
    * Spinach,paste, 1 cup
    water .25 cup

Directions

Knead the dough with spinach paste, cover, and leave aside for at 15 mins . Right before rolling out), punch the dough and knead again without any more water.
Make 1 1/2" balls; dip into dry whole wheat flour, and roll out into thin, 6" circle. Place a flat, ungreased griddle on the stove at medium-high heat. When hot, place a rolled-out tortilla "right side" down on the griddle. (The "right side" is the one facing you when you roll it.) When bubbles are visible, turn over and cook until tiny brown spots appear on the side facing the griddle. repeat same with others side too

serve hot with curry of your choice or use as a wrap with filling of your choice .

    This is Great! I love tortillas but steer clear due to the 'lard' that is usually called for in a recipe. I added a pinch of kosher salt, garlic and dried basil... deeeelish! - 3/26/09
