Chicken Noodle Soup with Kale (2 Cups)

Ingredients
9 oz Rotisserie Chicken5 Carrots5 Stalks of Celery5 oz of Spelt Noodles8 Cups of Organic Chicken Broth1.5 Cups Chopped Kale2 Garlic ClovesBay Leaf
Directions
Boil 8 cups of water and add Organic Chicken Broth Paste until dissolved. Meanwhile, boil water and cook 5 oz of Spelt noodles. Saute the Garlic for a couple of minutes in a small pan. Wash and Chop the Veggies, and Veggies, Garlic and Noodles to soup. Add Bay Leaf. Simmer soup on low heat for 1 hour, then turn off heat, and let simmer for one more hour.
Serve with crusty French bread.
