Ingredients
For this recipe, I cooked a left over turkey carcass in 10 cups of water for 4 hours w/carrots/celery/onions, thyme & parsley till the meat fell off the bones...then used the broth from this to make the soup and added the meat from the carcass and more celery/carrots/onions chopped along w/barley/lentils/rice/split peas, salt and pepper
