Chicken bones from 1 chickenTomato Paste, .50 cupCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Cooked Boneless Chicken Breast, 4 ounces (remove)Egg Noodles, enriched, 1 cup (remove)
Boil chicken bones for an hour or so to get all the chicken flavor out of them. Clean any meat that's left off the bones and discard the bones. Chop the vegetables into bite sized pieces and add to broth. Add the tomato paste. Simmer until vegetables are almost soft. Add egg noodles & chicken and simmer until egg noodles are done. Add salt & pepper to taste.
