Ingredients
Directions
* *Flour, white, 3 cup * Apricots, dried, 1 cup, halves * Egg, fresh, 1 medium * Egg Yolk, 1 large * Egg Yolk, 1 large * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup * Almonds, 1 cup, whole (remove) * Nuts, Pistachios, Kirkland dry roasted,1ser=1/4 cup w/o shells, 0.12 cup (remove) * Cherries glace1 tsp 5 spice powder * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp * Dark Chocolate a few pieces
Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Roll into 2 inch thick logs bake at 180C for 30 minutes
Remove from oven, cool and slice into very thin diagonal pieces. Lay on pan, bake again for 30 minutes at 120C.
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
