1.5 pounds chicken, cut up into bite-sized pieces2 cups broccoli florets, steamed10 two-inch baby carrots, sliced and steamed1 box Simply Asia Sesame Teriyaki
Cut up the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and then stir-fry in olive oil until done (about 3 - 5 minutes, high heat takes less time).
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and steam for 3 minutes.
Slice the carrots into 1/4 inch slices and steam for 5 minutes.
Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. Before pouring on the sauce, add the meat and vegetables. Makes about 6, meaty servings of about 1-1/2 to 2 cups each..
