cod chowder

Ingredients
onion,celery,potato,carrot cut all vegetables and put in sauce pan with about a quater cup of water . cook til soft. add 2 tbsp. flour and stir to combine . add a little more water to make a simmer liquid. cook vegetables til done. add milk to a consistency you like. season with salt and pepper . keep base at a simmer only, do not boil after you add the milk... place cod on top and lid cod will cook in ten minutes. there are no measures it is up to you . add more and different vegetables if you like.
